- I’m allergic to tomatoes, lemons, carrots, eggs, wheat, cabbage, garlic, peanuts, almonds and strawberries, now what?
When my doctor handed me the results of my blood test I was expecting to be allergic to Turkey and Scallops so when I read this list: tomatoes, lemons, carrots, eggs, wheat, cabbage, garlic, peanuts, almonds and strawberries I was shocked!
I’ve been through much in my lifetime however, this experience is unique and has affected my life in unimaginable ways. Writing has always been a stress-release for me, so I’ve decided to openly discuss this new segment of my life with you.
I hope my experience may help others that also suffer from food allergies. I also look forward to hearing your stories so please don’t be shy.

Sounds like it’s time to research on your own for better health in the future! I went through a similar experience a few years ago– I was starting to have heart problems and was pregnant, so I did not want to go thru conventional routes to re-establish my health– and perhaps harm my baby– so, I started researching alternatives to chemical therapies, and have found alot of helpful info! I hope you will check out this book and website— they may help you too! http://www.thehealthyhomeeconomist.com — Nourishing Traditions (book, by Sally Fallon) — I hope you will find your way to health again! Praying for you, Rebecca

Thank you Rebecca – I’ve spent the last 3 months working on eating and living with allergies and can’t wait to share all that I’ve learned.
